Afghanistan Banks Association (ABA) is a non-political, non-government, non-profit and independent association formed by all the commercial banks in Afghanistan. The ABA strives for a strong, healthy and competitive banking industry in Afghanistan, representing the common interests of the banking sector. It is committed to create an environment in which its members can work in coordination with other key players for promoting the financial services to the wider public and advocating transparency and professionalism.
Job Description
Afghanistan Banks Association (ABA) is seeking motivated, talented, and career-oriented individuals(female) for its 6-month Internship Program. The program is designed for final-semester students, and graduates with no prior work experience in banking-related fields. Selected interns will gain practical experience, professional exposure, and valuable industry knowledge in a dynamic working environment.
Applicants should possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work professionally and collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Requirements:
Key Requirements and Documents:
• Resume/CV: Updated Resume/CV tailored to the internship position, highlighting academic achievements, skills, and competencies.
• Academic Status: Proof of graduation status or final-semester students
• Field of Study: The applicant to be in a specific field of study or related to Banking (e.g., BBA, BCS, Economics / Finance, Islamic Banking, Law).
• Job Experience: No prior job experience is required.
• Age requirement: 23–35 years.
• Gender: Female
• Number of Interns: 2
General Requirements:
• Proficiency in English: Good knowledge of English, Certificate / Diploma from any registered English language academy is desirable.
• Duration: Internships will be for 6 months.
• Learning Objectives: A clear understanding of what skills you aim to gain.
