نن د ۲۰۲۶ کال د سپتمبر په ۰۸ نېټه په افغانستان کي د هالوټرست نړیوالي موسسې د د اړیکو او قراردادونو برخو مسؤلینو د افغان معلولینو لپاره دلاسرسي موسسې (AOAD) له مرکزي دفتر نه لیدنه وکړه، په دې لیدنه کي دواړو لوریو په زابل ولایت کي د معلولیت لرونکو وګړو د فزیکي روغتیا د پروژې پر خدماتو او کاري پرمختګ خبري وکړي چي په پیل کې د (AOAD) موسسې بنسټګر او رئیس ښاغلي عبدالخالق ځاځي راغلي پلاوي ته ښه راغلاست او د موسسې اړوند شالید شرحه کړ چي وروسته د موسسې مرستیال کمال احمد زابلي په زابل ولایت کي د هالوترست موسسې په مالي لګښت د فزیکي روغتیا پروژې اړوند مفصل معلومات، لاسته راوړني اړونده ننګوني او سپارښتني وړاندي کړې. راغلي پلاوي، د (AOAD) موسسې اړونده چاري وستایلي او هیله یې وښوده ترڅو په مختلفو برخو کي د ماین قربانیانو او نورو اړونده معلولیت لرونکو وګړو ته لازم خدمات وړاندي شي.
On 8 September 2026, representatives from the Partnerships Department of HALO Trust paid an official visit to the Head Office of the Accessibility Organization for Afghan Disabled (AOAD).
During the meeting, both parties discussed the progress and service delivery of the Physical Rehabilitation Project being implemented in Zabul Province. At the outset of the meeting, Mr. Abdul Khaliq Zazai, Founder and President of AOAD, warmly welcomed the delegation and provided an overview of the organization’s background, mission, and achievements.
Subsequently, Mr. Kamal Ahmad Zabuli, Deputy Director of AOAD, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the Physical Rehabilitation Project funded by HALO Trust in Zabul Province. He highlighted the project's objectives, key achievements, ongoing activities, challenges encountered, and recommendations for further improvement.
The visiting delegation highly appreciated AOAD’s efforts and achievements in implementing the project and expressed their commitment to continued collaboration. They emphasized the importance of ensuring that mine victims and other persons with disabilities receive quality and timely rehabilitation and support services through joint initiatives in the future.
