#کابل؛ ورکشاپ آموزشی سه‌روزه به‌منظور #تقویت مدیریت مالی و حساب‌دهی آغاز شد

احمر_افغانی ورکشاپ آموزشی سه‌روزه را به‌منظور تقویت هرچه بیشتر مدیریت مالی، حساب‌دهی و سیستم مالی آغاز نمود.
این #ورکشاپ از سوی ریاست مالی هلال‌احمر افغانی، با حمایت مالی المللی جمعیت‌های ملی، برای کارکنان شماری از ریاست‌های دفتر مرکزی، مدیران مالی زون‌های #قندهار، #هرات و #ننگرهار و نمایندگی‌های مربوطه برگزار شده است.
در افتتاحیه این ورکشاپ، مولوی روح‌الله عبدالسلام، معاون عملیاتی سکرتر جنرال هلال‌احمر افغانی، ضمن خوش‌آمدگویی به اشتراک‌کنندگان، بر #مدیریت درست امور مالی و رعایت اعتدال در بخش هزینه‌ها مطابق با #رهنمودهای اسلامی تأکید نمود.
وی از اشتراک‌کنندگان خواست تا از موضوعات ورکشاپ به‌گونه مؤثر استفاده نمایند، مطالب مرتبط را با دقت یاد بگیرند و #تجارب و معلومات به‌دست‌آمده را با همکاران خود شریک سازند؛ تا در تنظیم امور مالی و #بهبود خدمات اداره، تأثیر عملی داشته باشد.
سپس، حافظ شبیر احمد عثمانی، رئیس امور مالی، با اشاره به اهمیت آموزش مسلکی و کارکنان مالی، گفت که برای تنظیم هرچه بهتر امور مالی، تقویت #توانایی‌های_مسلکی کارکنان ضروری است.
وی افزود که از طریق این پروگرام آموزشی، کارکنان زون‌ها، نمایندگی‌ها و سایر بخش‌های مالی می‌توانند امور مالی خود را به‌صورت منظم‌تر، دقیق‌تر و #معیاری‌تر انجام بدهند.
آقای عثمانی، امور مالی را یکی از بخش‌های مهم اداره دانسته و گفت که بی‌توجهی و تأخیر در انجام امور این بخش می‌تواند بر فعالیت‌های اداره و #خدمات ارائه‌شده به مردم تأثیر بگذارد.
وی تأکید نمود که مدیریت مؤثر مالی بر تکمیل اسناد، ثبت دقیق معلومات، بررسی منظم، #شفافیت و حساب‌دهی استوار است و کارکنان مالی باید هنگام انجام امور روزمره خود، اصول تعیین‌شده را در نظر بگیرند.
در این ورکشاپ آموزشی سه‌روزه، معلومات عملی و مسلکی در بخش بررسی #ژورنال‌های_مصرفی، ارزیابی چک‌لیست‌ها، ثبت معلومات در سیستم مالی، تنظیم هزینه‌ها، مدیریت مالی، حساب‌دهی و سایر موضوعات مرتبط با امور مالی به اشتراک‌کنندگان ارائه می‌شود.

: Three-Day Training Workshop Launched to Financial Management and Accountability

The has launched a three-day training aimed at further strengthening financial management, accountability, and the financial system.
The workshop has been organized by the Finance Department of the ARCS, with financial support from the . It is being attended by staff from several departments of the central headquarters, as well as finance officers from the , , and zones and their respective branches.
At the opening ceremony, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salam, Under-Secretary General of Operational Affairs of the ARCS, welcomed the participants and the importance of proper financial management and observing moderation in expenditures in accordance with .
He called on participants to make effective use of the workshop’s topics, carefully learn the relevant materials, and share the knowledge and they gain with their colleagues, so that these lessons can have a practical impact on the management of and the improvement of the organization’s services.
Hafiz Shabir Ahmad Osmani, Director of Finance, then highlighted the importance of professional training and for financial staff. He said that strengthening employees’ professional skills is essential for better management and organization of financial affairs.
He added that through this training program, staff working in the zones, branches, and other financial sections will be able to manage their financial affairs in a more organized, , and standardized manner.
Mr. Osmani described financial affairs as one of the important areas of the organization and noted that negligence and delays in financial processes could affect the organization’s activities and the it provides to the people.
He emphasized that effective financial management is based on complete documentation, of information, regular review, transparency, and accountability. He urged financial staff to observe the principles and procedures in carrying out their daily responsibilities.
During the three-day workshop, participants will receive practical and on reviewing expenditure journals, assessing checklists, recording information in the financial system, managing , financial management, accountability, and other relevant financial topics.
