وهای وزارت اقتصاد رسما با شماره (5548) ثبت و جواز فعالیت خویش را به دست آورد. مؤسسین و اعضای کلیدی این موسسه تماماً استادان دانشگاه‌ها می‌باشند که از دانش و تجربه کاری خوب در موسسات مختلف حقوق بشری و انجوها برخوردار اند. موسسه خدمات انسانی گذار به منظور گذار از وضعیت فعلی در افغانستان و رسیدن به توسعه پایدار، در نظر دارد که در حوزه های خدمات اجتماعی، تعلیم و تربیه و زراعت فعالیت نموده و همواره با مردم در ارتباط باشد و به شکل تخصصی و برنامه‌ریزی شده و ضعیت حاکم را مسئله‌شناسی نموده جهت حل آن عمل نماید.
