📢We are Hiring Volunteer Facilitators
♻️UNLEASH Hack Afghanistan is an international incubation program that empowers young talents to develop and implement innovative solutions. The program is implemented in partnership with UNLEASH Hack International.
🔸Flying Wings is honored to host the UNLEASH Hack in Afghanistan and is now seeking 5 passionate and qualified volunteer facilitators to help lead this impactful initiative. Facilitators will guide 60–100 Afghan youth talents as they work in teams to develop innovative ideas and digital solutions that unlock access to education and economic independence.
🔸Before you apply: Please carefully review all the requirements and the program timeline to ensure you are available on the specified dates.
🔹Key Timeline:
- Facilitator Training by Unleash Hack: 17, 19, 24 & 26 June 2025
- Hack Event: 5th September and 12th September 2025
🔹Duty Station: The program will be conducted entirely online.
🔹Who We’re Looking For:
We are inviting motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
🔹 A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Preferred areas of study include Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Development Studies, Publish Administration, Project Management, Education Management, Entrepreneurship, or other related fields. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
🔹 Nationality: National and International
🔹 Facilitation or Mentorship Experience: You have led or supported workshops, events, group projects, or mentoring programs.
🔹 Knowledge of the Theme & SDGs: You understand challenges around education, gender equality, and youth empowerment, and are familiar with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
🔹 Strong Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly in English, offer constructive feedback, and support diverse participants.
🔹 Leadership Ability: You’re confident guiding group discussions and helping teams stay focused and motivated.
🔹 Interest in Social Impact: You care deeply about mentoring youth and contributing to positive change.
🔹 Flexibility & Availability: You are available during the Hack sessions and able to commit your time and energy to the process.
🔹 English Proficiency is required.
🔹 Project Management Experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
