Official Statement on the Scientific, Philosophical, and Academic Foundation of Sports and Physical Education at the Global Level
In the Name of God, the Lord of Knowledge, Wisdom, and Strength
I hereby proudly and responsibly declare that, for the first time at the global level, I have founded and presented the comprehensive academic seminar entitled “Philosophy, Science, and Historical Foundations of Sport and Physical Education” in a scientific, philosophical, academic, and systematic manner.
This major scientific seminar examines all dimensions of sport and physical education from the beginning of human existence to the modern era through scientific and analytical perspectives, including:
The origin of sport in human history
The philosophy and nature of sport
The scientific definition of physical education
The study of martial arts and the process through which they became sports disciplines
Olympic and non-Olympic sports
The role of sport in the intellectual, moral, physical, and social development of human beings
Scientific and philosophical analysis of global sports systems
The establishment of a scientific examination system, including multiple-choice examinations and academic evaluation
This scientific and academic program, with a global and humanitarian vision, has been designed and established in representation of the shared values of the five continents of the world, with the purpose of advancing sports knowledge, the culture of physical education, and the scientific development of human societies.
The fundamental objective of this foundation is to create a scientific and philosophical school in the field of sport and physical education so that future generations may recognize sport not only as a physical activity, but also as a science, a philosophy, a culture, and a means of human development and perfection.
Accordingly, this scientific and global work is hereby introduced as a modern academic and philosophical movement in the history of sport and physical education.

Chapter One: General Provisions
Article 1: Name and Nature
This organization, under the name Global Mixed Martial Arts Federation (GMMAF), is an independent, non-profit, and non-political international organization operating in accordance with international laws and regulations.
Article 2: Headquarters
The headquarters of the Federation is located in Switzerland. The GMMAF is a member of an international martial arts confederation. Regional offices may also be established as needed.
Article 3: Official Language
The official language of the Federation is English. Other languages may be used as supporting languages when necessary.

فصل اول: کلیات

ماده 1: نام و ماهیت

این نهاد تحت عنوان «فدراسیون جهانی هنرهای رزمی ترکیبی (GMMAF)» یک سازمان بین‌المللی، مستقل، غیرانتفاعی و غیرسیاسی می‌باشد که مطابق با قوانین بین‌المللی فعالیت می‌کند.

ماده 2: مرکز

مرکز اصلی فدراسیون در کشوری سویس است فدراسیون جهانی ام ام ای عضو کنفدراسیون بین‌المللی هنری رزمی است امکان ایجاد دفاتر منطقه‌ای نیز وجود دارد.

ماده 3: زبان رسمی

زبان رسمی فدراسیون انگلیسی است. سایر زبان‌ها می‌توانند به‌صورت کمکی استفاده شوند.

ماده 4: اهداف

فدراسیون اهداف زیر را دنبال می‌کند:

1. توسعه و ترویج ورزش MMA در سطح آماتور در سراسر جهان
2. ایجاد و تطبیق قوانین و مقررات استاندارد
3. تضمین ایمنی ورزشکاران
4. مبارزه با دوپینگ مطابق با معیارهای جهانی
5. تلاش برای شناسایی MMA در نهادهای بین‌المللی ورزشی
6. حمایت از فدراسیون‌های ملی

ماده 5: وظایف

1. سازمان‌دهی مسابقات بین‌المللی
2. آموزش داوران، مربیان و مسئولین
