Afghanistan Demain Afghanistan Demain is a NGO located in Kaboul, Afghanistan, providing supplies and equal access to education for out-of-school children.

Corresponding to the meaning of "street-children" in Afghanistan, the term designates children working in the streets in order to help their families survive until tomorrow. But as can be read on UNICEF's internet page "education is not only an end in itself, it si part of an ongoing solution. Providing education is a first step that can help restore even the most wounded societies. Educational in

stitutions are a repository of a society’s knowledge, values and traditions, which serve to bind people together as they work to improve their country’s future." To that effect, step by step, child by child and human being by human being, we evolve, always keeping long term restoration as goal in mind.
