On the first episode of "Time Machine: PR Edition", tackling the Retail and Fashion industry, we're rewinding the clock with Lynn Al Khatib, Member of the MEPRA Strategy Board and VP Brand & Communications at Chalhoub Group, as she revisits the early days of her career and how they shaped the leader she is today.

Brazen MENA has been appointed by JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai as its communications partner across the GCC.

The appointment comes as the hotel embarks on the most significant transformation in its history. The multi-phase enhancement programme will see all 1,608 rooms and suites redesigned, two executive lounges reimagined, and the hotel’s culinary offering transformed through the renovation of legacy restaurants and bars and the introduction of new homegrown F&B concepts and lifestyle experiences. The hotel will remain fully operational throughout, with further enhancements to be revealed in due course.

Sage XP has launched Sage XP Academy, a professional development program focused on strengthening strategic capability in Internal Communications and Corporate Culture through practical, applied learning. Its first program, the Internal Communications & Culture Strategy Certification, begins in November 2026.

The five-week program enables participants to work with their own organisation, connecting business priorities, employee behaviour and communication to build a draft Internal Communications & Culture Strategy. The program combines live learning, practical assignments, expert feedback and 40+ reusable frameworks and templates.
