خلال حفل تخرّج برنامج قادة المستقبل من مجموعة بيئة، تحدثت لوجان مراد، مدير مؤسسة خالد بن سلطان القاسمي الإنسانية، عن القيم التي تقود العمل الإنساني، ومنها التعاطف، والمرونة، والمثابرة، والإيمان بأن حتى أصغر أثر يمكن أن يصنع فرقاً حقيقياً.⠀

في مؤسسة خالد بن سلطان القاسمي الإنسانية، تمثل هذه القيم جوهر عملنا اليومي. فرغم تعقيد التحديات التي يواجهها الأطفال في الظروف الأكثر هشاشة، فإن كل طفل نصل إليه، وكل أسرة يتم دعمها، وكل خطوة نحو الحماية، تُحدث فرقاً حقيقياً.⠀

الفقر هو اللغة التي يستخدمها المستغلون لإغراء الأطفال بعيداً عن مقاعد الدراسة، مما يجعلهم الضحية الأولى لعمالة الأطفال، الزواج المبكر، والاتجار بالبشر، وغيرها من أشكال الاستغلال. في مؤسسة خالد بن سلطان القاسمي الإنسانية، نتدخل لنقطع الطريق على هذه الأصوات؛ نوفر الحماية، التعليم، والدعم الاجتماعي لضمان أن يعيش كل طفل بكرامة وأمان.⠀

كانت أمينة، 8 أعوام، تعيش دون أن تعرف إلى من تلجأ عند التعرض للعنف. ومثل كثير من الأطفال، لم تكن تعرف حقوقها أو الخدمات المتاحة لها، بينما كان الخوف يمنع الكثيرين من طلب المساعدة.⠀

وبدعم من مؤسسة خالد بن سلطان القاسمي الإنسانية، عملت منظمة إنقاذ الطفولة في تنزانيا مع وزارة الصحة ومراكز الخدمة الشاملة للوصول إلى الأطفال من خلال الأنشطة المدرسية وجلسات التوعية المجتمعية، لمساعدة أطفال مثل أمينة على فهم حقوقهم والوصول إلى الدعم بطريقة آمنة.⠀

لكل طفل الحق في الشعور بالأمان والحصول على الحماية والدعم.⠀

Amina, 8 years old, from Zanzibar, once lived without knowing where to turn for help in cases of violence. Like many children, she lacked information about her rights and the services available, while stigma and fear kept others silent. ⠀
⠀
Through the support from KSQF, Save the Children Tanzania worked with the Ministry of Health and One Stop Centres to reach children through school outreach and community awareness sessions, helping children like Amina understand their rights and access support safely.⠀

Every child deserves to be seen, heard, and supported.⠀

انضمت مؤسسة خالد بن سلطان القاسمي الإنسانية رسمياً إلى التحالف التعاوني للجهات المانحة في مجال الحماية كعضو وصول، في خطوة تعكس التزامها المستمر بحماية الطفل وترسيخ الممارسات الإنسانية المسؤولة.⠀

ويُعد التحالف التعاوني للجهات المانحة في مجال الحماية، التابع للصندوق العالمي للأطفال، شبكة عالمية تجمع المؤسسات والجهات المانحة بهدف تطوير معايير السلامة، وبناء بيئات تنظيمية أكثر أماناً، ودعم تبادل المعرفة والتعلم المستمر.⠀

وتؤكد هذه الخطوة حرص المؤسسة على الإسهام في توفير بيئات آمنة للأطفال والفئات الأكثر ضعفاً حول العالم.⠀
