NAMA is a public non-profit organisation chaired by Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of the Ruler of Sharjah with the vision to move beyond the stage of integration to that of advancement. NAMA aims at establishing societies that believe in women, and value them as a precious human capital through economic empowerment. This will see the Emirate Sharjah (UAE) emerge as a leading destination contributing to a world of integrated roles for women and men alike.

“Designing Inclusive Industrial Workplaces” brought together key voices to explore practical solutions that better support women in field roles, from tailored PPE to infrastructure adjustments that create safer, and more supportive workplaces for women.

في برنامج “شرارة النجاح: تمكين النساء نحو الاكتفاء الذاتي”، لا تزال الرحلة مستمرة، حيث نعمل خطوة بخطوة على بناء مسار حقيقي نحو الاكتفاء الذاتي. كل تدريب، وكل تجربة ميدانية حتى الآن، هي جزء من فهم أعمق لما تحتاجه النساء فعلاً ليبدأن ويستمررن بثقة.

وهو ما نسعى لتحقيقه اليوم من خلال ملتقى مجالس المرأة المنعقد ضمن مبادرة “ارتقاء” لتعزيز التواصل المؤسسي وبناء منظومة مستدامة تدعم المرأة في دولة الإمارات، عبر تبادل المعرفة والتعاون المستمر لتحقيق أثر ملموس.

ركز الأسبوع الثالث من برنامج مهارات الاقتصاد الرقمي والعمل الحر، بالتعاون مع بي دبليو سي (PwC)، على تصميم الخدمات، واستراتيجيات التسعير، والإدارة الاستراتيجية. كما تناولت الجلسات الجوانب القانونية لضمان استدامة المشاريع الرقمية ونموها.
Week 3 of the Digital Economy and Freelancing Skills Program, in collaboration with PwC, focused on service design, pricing strategies, and strategic management. Sessions also addressed legal frameworks to ensure the sustainability and growth of digital projects.
