We are thrilled to introduce Ma. Biselle D. Tagapan, MD, DFM, as our partnered speaker at PSQ Middle East! A physician with more than 20 years of experience in primary care, school health, and community medicine. She currently serves as Medical Officer III at the Schools Division Office of City of Meycauayan, where she leads and supports health and nutrition programs that promote the physical and mental well‑being of learners, teachers and personnel.

In parallel, she works as a Family Physician providing comprehensive care, preventive services, and immunization advocacy.

Dr. Ma. Biselle is a Diplomate of the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians and an active member of several medical and school health organizations. Her work reflects a strong commitment to holistic care—as a clinician, educator, counselor, and community advocate.

A proven "scale-up" expert co-founding and establishing a leading BPO company in Laguna, Philippines, and widely recognized for her "People-First" philosophy and innovative strategies as a President & COO.

Beyond her corporate and academic roles, Dr. Dess serves as a Trustee and Corporate Secretary of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines and Friends Foundation Inc.
