Philippine Business Council - Dubai & Northern Emirates The PBC Dubai is a non-profit organization of entrepreneurs & professionals licensed by DCCI.

The Philippine Business Council - UAE was established under the initiative of the then Philippine Ambassador to the UAE Amable Aguiluz III in April 2001. Members were Filipino businessmen, entrepreneurs and senior executives, who have decided to organize a group dedicated to promoting and improving the UAE-Philippines relations and development of bilateral trade. It was formally established on April 6, 2001 following the induction of its officers and the ratification of its constitution and by-laws. For its first activity, the PBC hosted on behalf of the Philippine Embassy, the 2nd Filipino Achievers Awards Ceremony at the Intercontinental Hotel Dubai. This momentous occasion is considered as the Council's introduction to the community.

What a night, HIRAYA 2026!

On October 16, the League of Food and Beverage Entrepreneurs (LFBE), a sub-committee of PBC Dubai, brought the Filipino food community together for HIRAYA: A Taste of Creativity — and it was an evening we will not forget anytime soon. 🇵🇭🍽️✨

Eight Filipino food brands took the floor and gave it everything — not just the food, but the stories, the hard work, and the dreams behind every dish. That is what made this night so special.

🏆 Most Innovative Brand 2026
👑 Grand Winner: Panadero
🥈 1st Runner-Up: Bawangong Avenue
🥉 2nd Runner-Up: Cuisinerong Pinoy

🌟 People’s Choice Award 2026: Cuisinerong Pinoy Restaurant

Congratulations to all 8 competing brands. Every single one of you made HIRAYA what it was. 💙

To the LFBE officers, members, volunteers, sponsors, media partners, judges, and everyone who showed up — thank you. This is what happens when the Filipino community works together with one shared purpose.

Supporting continuous learning, empowerment, and professional excellence within our community.

Our Vice Chairman, Michael Da Costa, recently represented the Philippine Business Council - Dubai & Northern Emirates as an honored guest at the 8th Commencement Exercise of our valued PBC-DNE member, Brilliant Training Institute, held at the Pakistan Auditorium in Oud Metha, Dubai.

At PBC-DNE, we believe that education, entrepreneurship, and active leadership are the core pillars for empowering Filipino professionals and overseas workers in the UAE. It was a privilege to witness the hard work, dedication, and triumphs of BTI's graduating class as they step into brighter, more successful futures.

"Education opens doors to more opportunities, while determination turns dreams into achievements."
— Michael Da Costa, Vice Chairman, PBC-DNE

Congratulations to all the graduates and the entire team at Brilliant Training Institute! As a valued member of our council, BTI continues to demonstrate the power of quality education and community collaboration. PBC-DNE remains committed to backing initiatives that elevate the Filipino professional landscape across the Emirates.

Congratulations to all the Dakilang Manggagawa awardees!

PBC Dubai joins in celebrating this heartfelt milestone by the Pinas Group of Companies — a tradition that has been close to our community’s heart for several years now. 🇵🇭💙

Dakilang Manggagawa, which translates to “Great Worker,” is an annual recognition program by Pinas Group that honors the hardworking men and women behind their business — the everyday heroes who show up, give their best, and make everything run. In a world that often celebrates the leaders at the top, this initiative reminds us that greatness lives in every level of an organization.

To every awardee this year — your hard work has been seen, and you deserve every bit of this recognition. 👏

Pinas Group of Companies is a proud member of the Philippine Business Council Dubai. We are honored to be part of a community that values and uplifts its people. 💛🇵🇭
