We are constantly trying to define and redefine our role in society. We are sometimes perceived to be lagging behind men in the workforce, taking on less roles in sectors such as science and engineering. We need to establish ourselves as women, rather than labelling ourselves as "mother, wife caregiver, career maker". We are sometimes struggling within society to prove our worth while we are actually very successful business women, entrepreneurs and leaders.
