Before the day ends…

Happy Birthday, Chairman Rolando L. Seprado

Leading a community is never easy, but you continue to show up and carry it with purpose. Your influence goes beyond what is seen. In many ways, you’ve helped shape and inspire the growth of the triathlon community, quietly laying the groundwork that others now build on.

Closer to home, your impact is felt in every session, every small win, and in the people who continue to show up and grow because of the space you helped build.

You’ve not only developed athletes, but also helped shape leaders, mentoring many along the way, guiding them not just in sport, but in how they show up for others.

Thank you for your guidance, your steady presence, and for the role you continue to play in bringing people together through sport.

We wish you strength, good health, and a meaningful year ahead. Happiest Birthday again Chairman

Congratulations to our FiT brothers, and Jo White !

Nour, great job finishing the Al Marmoom Dune Run - tough sand, strong effort, and solid consistency as always.

And to Jowhite, huge respect for completing the 55K GOAT Trail Run. That distance and terrain demand real discipline, and you delivered.

We are proud of you FiTmates! Well done, onwards to the next.

You don’t need the perfect plan.
You just need to start where you are today.
A short walk. A slow jog. A few laps.

It all counts.

Start small. Stay kind to yourself.
