We’re proud to announce the launch of the Finance Emiratisation Think Tank — a practitioner‑led initiative by AICPA & CIMA, in partnership with PLM Financial Advisory, focused on accelerating the development of Emirati finance talent and leadership across the UAE.

Chaired by H.E. Hamad Abdullah Almas and Co‑Chaired by Abdulrahman Saqr, the Think Tank brings together senior leaders from government, education and industry to provide governance and strategic direction for the Emirati Finance Academy powered by CIMA — a UAE‑specific programme designed to build sustainable, end‑to‑end finance capability pathways for Emiratis.

The Think Tank’s mandate is clear: to support the launch and scaling of the Academy through evidence‑based insights, practical studies and collaboration across the ecosystem — addressing persistent capability gaps and strengthening Emirati representation in senior finance leadership roles.
