A ROOM OF OPPORTUNITY. A ROOM OF LOVE. A ROOM OF IMPACT.

Imagine a room where job seekers and employers meet directly—a room where opportunity is not just spoken about, but made accessible.

A room where those searching for employment can connect with those creating employment.
A room where knowledge is shared, networks are built, doors can open, and lives can be transformed.

And beyond opportunity, there was provision—free food support extended to those who needed it.

This is more than an event.
This is an expression of love.

The 2nd Anniversary Celebration of Ngninkeu Cares – Phase One, themed “WE LOVE THE UAE,” was born from a heart of gratitude and a desire to give back.

First, because the Lord has taught us to love one another, to carry each other, and to be a blessing wherever He has planted us.

Secondly, because the UAE has shown us what it means to create room for people to build, grow, work, and thrive. For many of us, this nation has become a place where dreams have found expression and possibilities have become realities.

So, we chose to celebrate not only an anniversary, but people, opportunity, generosity, and the spirit of giving.

As we look back at these beautiful moments, we are reminded that sometimes, all someone needs is one room, one connection, one opportunity, one person who believes in them.

And perhaps, that one opportunity can change everything.

What an unforgettable celebration of impact, empowerment, gratitude, and community!

Phase 1 of the 2nd Anniversary of The Ngninkeu Cares (TNC), themed “WE LOVE THE UAE”, was truly a beautiful reminder of how far we have come and the lives that have been touched along the way.

From powerful testimonies and inspiring stories to meaningful conversations, incredible guests, community connections, and practical empowerment — every moment was intentional.

We celebrated people who have embraced the UAE, built, grown, persevered, and created meaningful lives and careers in this land we are grateful to call home.

We laughed.
We learned.
We connected.
We celebrated.
And most importantly, we gave thanks.

A huge thank you to every guest, speaker, panelist, partner, volunteer, team member, and everyone who showed up and made Phase 1 a success.

This is more than an anniversary.
It is a testimony of impact.
It is a celebration of lives touched and doors opened.
And it is only the beginning!

🎥 Relive the moments.
💫 Celebrate the memories.
🚀 Get ready for what’s next!

One of the most emotional and meaningful moments of the Ngninkeu Cares celebration was reaching out to immigrants who are currently searching for job opportunities in the UAE.

Sometimes, all a person needs during a difficult season is someone to hold their hand, remind them that they are not alone, and help them see beyond their present circumstances. That little act of support can make a difficult journey feel a lot lighter.

As part of our celebration, we were privileged to reach out to those seeking employment, providing free bags of rice and, most importantly, sharing valuable information, encouragement, and practical insights to help them navigate their journey and settle successfully in this beautiful nation, the United Arab Emirates. 🇦🇪

They were reminded that your current situation is not the end of your story. Look beyond today. See the opportunities that this great nation offers. Love the country, remain positive, keep learning, keep improving yourself, and stay open to opportunities.

When your perspective changes, sometimes you begin to see possibilities that were there all along.

It was truly an inspiring, emotional, and unforgettable moment. ❤️

At The Ngninkeu Cares Empowerment, we believe in one powerful principle:

WE ARE EMPOWERED TO EMPOWER.

Because when we rise, we must reach back and lift someone else. 🇦🇪❤️

We were truly honored to have Mr. Bassey Managing Partner of BBH Consulting Group, join us for The Ngninkeu Cares 2nd Anniversary Celebration – Phase One.

His story is more than inspiring—it is a testimony of transformation, resilience, sacrifice, and purpose.

He came to the UAE as an immigrant, just like many of us, in search of greener pastures and greater opportunities. Today, that same immigrant has become an employer of labor, providing opportunities to over 200 Africans on his payroll. What a journey! What a remarkable example of what is possible when you refuse to give up on your vision. 🇦🇪

Among the many powerful insights he shared, one message stood out: growth requires sacrifice. If you want to move to the next level in your career, you must be willing to invest in yourself, acquire new skills, upskill, and make sacrifices that position you for greater opportunities.

His words were not just motivational—they were practical, powerful, and deeply enriching.

Mr. Bassey thank you for sharing your journey, your wisdom, and your experience with us. Thank you for adding color, depth, and tremendous value to our second anniversary celebration.

Your story reminds every immigrant that where you start does not have to determine where you finish.

👏🏽🔥 Please join us in celebrating Mr. Bassey.

From seeking opportunities to creating opportunities.
From being an immigrant to becoming an employer.
From a dream to an impact.

This is the power of purpose, perseverance, and sacrifice. 🇦🇪❤️

A dynamic personality, a man of remarkable experience, wisdom, and warmth, Mr. Magdy brought so much value and depth to the celebration. His presence was not just felt—it made an impact!

He reminded us of a powerful truth about succeeding in the great nation of the United Arab Emirates: you must get something doing, you must have a vision, and you must be intentional about pursuing that vision. 🇦🇪

The UAE is a land of possibilities, but possibilities become realities when vision meets action, courage, consistency, and determination.

His words challenged us. His experience inspired us. His warmth connected with us. And his message left us with lessons that will continue to speak long after the celebration.

Mr. Magdy Al Sheikh, we celebrate you! 🥂
Thank you for sharing your wisdom, experience, and powerful insights with us.
