Do you have children's books at home that your kids have outgrown?

On 21st & 22nd August, The Giving Chapter is organising a FREE book drive across Dubai to collect children's books and give them a second life.

We're collecting:
📖 Storybooks
📚 Educational books
🎨 Activity books
👶 Books for all children's ages

All donated books will be shipped to schools and orphanages in Kenya and Nigeria, where they will help children discover the joy of reading and learning.

If you have books sitting on a shelf, you can help change a child's future—one book at a time.

📍 Free collection across Dubai
📅 Book Drive Dates: 21st & 22nd August

If you'd like to donate, simply leave a comment below or send us a private message, and we'll arrange a free pickup.

We are beyond excited to share the incredible news that your generous book donations have made it to the children in Kenya! 🎉

Thanks to your unwavering support, these books are now in the hands of eager young learners, sparking their curiosity and passion for reading. The joy and excitement in their faces as they flip through the pages is truly heartwarming! 📖✨

In addition to this wonderful achievement, we've also launched a fundraiser to help cover the costs of logistics. Every little bit counts! 🌟

Check out these heartwarming photos of the children enjoying the books you helped provide.💙

PS: The shelves in the classroom are being put up and soon they will be decorating the shelves with all the new books!

Hello lovely people,

I'd like to thank everyone that made a book donation towards the building of Inua Mimi Rescue Centre library and classroom materials.

I've started collecting the books in April this year and I've raised almost 600 children's books and soft toys.

After organising all the books in small cardboard boxes, I shipped them off to Kenya by sea freight. I cannot wait for the children to receive them in about 30 days. I will keep you posted!

PS: If you'd like to join me in this mission and collect books for a library or school please do reach out to me :)
