We were delighted to welcome Concierge Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, as a newly pinned member of the Dubai Concierge Group.

The ceremony was marked by inspiring words from Amado Silveti, Chief Concierge 👏, and Werner Anzinger, General Manager 🌟, highlighting leadership, service excellence, and the spirit of the concierge profession.

The evening took place at 🍽️ Dubai Restaurant, with special thanks to Chef José Barroso 👨‍🍳 and José Malua, Restaurant Manager, for the wonderful bites and warm hospitality that made the celebration even more memorable.

The Dubai Concierge Group was pleased to welcome Keneth Caballero Concierge Supervisor at Conrad Dubai, during his official pinning ceremony as a new member of the Group.

We were honored by the presence of Mr. Engin Gokdere, Director of Front Office, Mr. Denzil Pereira, Director of Operations, and Harry Joseph Banez, Chief Concierge, all from Conrad Dubai, whose support reflects the importance of excellence within the Concierge profession.
