OFWs for Leadership, Excellence, Action and Development (LEAD) was organized by selected leaders who dream to serve, enhance and sustain the true spirit of BAYANIHAN by fostering collaboration and interaction, advancing professional development, and imparting leadership advocacy to Filipino organizations in UAE. We, the concern leaders of functional and dynamic Filipino organizations volunteer to

engage and inspire OFWs in UAE as the catalyst of change, progress and unity. As the lead group, we shall empower Filipino workers in UAE to be effective in their respective careers and profession. With adherence to ethics and quality leadership, we shall promote progress, stability and professionalism to meet the needs of our affiliated groups. It is our utmost goal to lead OFWs in Dubai in providing excellent service to KABABAYANS, to the host country, to our respective families, our communities and to our country, the Philippines.
