The Youth Chamber of Commerce (YCC) is an organization driven by the aim of establishing an effective platform for the youth to access the right opportunities, skills, resources and relationships they need to actualize their potential, and eventually emerge as sought-after individuals and professionals, who have the confidence to bring out novel ideas for a better tomorrow. YCC has its main focus on making the youth capable enough to secure the world that’s going to be in their hands tomorrow. The organization works with a global network of youth along with public & private sector organizations acting on some of the world’s most pressing issues, while being primarily focused on youth empowerment.
MISSION
YCC’s prime mission is to accomplish its vision to establish a platform for the youth to grow and move forward. We seek to create a promising skill development platform which is shaped strongly by networking, internships, and training, and enables youngsters to lead the next generation.
OBJECTIVES
The Chamber works with the existing network of skill development centers, universities and other leading entities in the field of business and entrepreneur skills at an international scale.
The Chamber collaborates and extends its partnership with various national and international organizations as well as industries for multi-level engagements and endeavours to provide exposure to youth in their field of interest/expertise.
The Chamber provides clarity and coherence on skill development through its collaboration with prominent local and international skill development bodies and by conducting programs and thereby creating a common platform for the youth according to international standards.
The Chamber promotes and designs leading global programs network among the youth community.
The Chamber supports the youth by conducting interactive programs across all levels, in order to realize their vibrant ideas to reality.
The Chamber provides an effective platform for members to operate across all levels—local, state, regional, national and international— and to participate in interactive exchange programs that seek to promote the cause of youth entrepreneurship.
The Chamber provides technical frameworks for its youth entrepreneurs and members so as to empower them in varied fields, and provide them opportunities to showcase their skills.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Brainstorming Business Ideas – When preparing youngsters to become successful entrepreneurs, we continually update and brief them about all the tricks of the trade. We teach them how to successfully develop, shape and brainstorm the best ideas possible for their business.
Business Counseling – YCC wants all young minds to be highly successful and thus confident to take their ideas forward. to ensure so, we provide Business Counseling sessions for ambitious bundles of talent who wish to make a difference in the world thorough their start-ups or even to those who would simply like to enrich themselves with information about the business world.
Investors Meet – YCC provides a huge platform for all the future entrepreneurs to get connected with investors and other successful entrepreneurs through the ‘Investors Meet’, where they can discuss and share their ideas, and connect with people interested in their work. It also serves as a great learning experience for the budding entrepreneurs, as they here get an opportunity to meet established entrepreneurs who have successfully built their place in the world.
Interactive Workshops – various windows of opportunity would be provided to youth— networking, internship programs , interactive training sessions, development of entrepreneurial skills— quarterly,half-yearly, and annually in the form of the seminars and workshops conducted.
Achiever’s Talk – There’s no better way to inspire the leaders of tomorrow but by inspiring them with journeys of the successful people of the past, who have had hands-on experience with their business, growth, failures as well as achievements. The lessons people learn from such stories and the real understanding of struggle in the real world that they gain, is not something that can be learnt simply through business rule-books.
Seminars – To understand field work better, YCC arranges for seminars to give youngsters a glimpse of the actual work they are looking to do. These seminars inspire fresh and innovative ideas in the minds of individuals.
Virtual Office – Having an established office at the nascent stage of launching a startup business can be a problem and even a bigger issue can be meeting clients. However, YCC takes care of that by providing you a Virtual Office which meets all your needs and goals— a well-built and proper office with all the required services to make your business boom.
Trade Fair – YCC hosts Trade Fairs to give budding entrepreneurs a chance to showcase the details and products of their business, meet new industry partners etc.—in order to help take their business to successful heights.
Entrepreneurship Development Program – Also called EDP, YCC’s entrepreneurship development program develop, instill and polish one’s entrepreneurial skills.
Mentor-Mentee Program (MMP): With the aim of nurturing young entrepreneurs, YCC provides Mentor-Mentee Program, so that they they get equipped with well-versed knowledge and experience as they prepare to step into the corporate world and build their stand.
