A Major Milestone for Rotaract Club of Dubai! 🇦🇪

Proud to announce the signing of an MOU with the Emirates Marine Environmental Group (EMEG), another major partnership for our club!

Established in 1996 under the patronage of H.H. Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, EMEG is led by renowned environmentalist Major Dr. Ali Saqr Sultan Al Suwaidi.

From protecting marine life at Jebel Ali Wildlife Sanctuary to working with Emirates Nature–WWF and conserving Sir Bu Nair Island, a Ramsar-recognised site on UNESCO’s World Heritage Tentative List, EMEG has an impressive legacy!

Through this partnership, proceeds from Rotaract & Rotary Dubai’s flagship global initiative, End the Litter Trail (ETLT), will support EMEG’s conservation efforts. Additionally more avenues were discussed on how we can work together in the future.

A special thank you to our Vice President, Alisa Todorov, for her invaluable efforts in bringing this partnership together as ETLT Project Lead!

Another proud win for our club as we continue building meaningful partnerships and creating greater impact across the UAE! 🌍
