Eligibility:
• Open to legal residents, who are enrolled as a full-time or part-time student in a higher educational institution in the UAE
• Individual applicants or teams of up to 4 people, belonging to the same institution
• Submitted invention or innovation should be original
• Submissions must be tangible capable of being prototyped
• If applicable, students are encouraged to submit their graduation project
• Admission to the competition is free
The Judging Panel will shortlist 7 candidates and showcase their submissions at Big Boys Toys 2013
The 3 finalists will win:
o Grand Prize of AED 200,000
o Second Prize of AED 100,000
o Third Prize of AED 50,000
More than HALF a MILLION DIRHAMS in prizes and financial aid! (Financial Aid available for those who can prove financial need to produce a prototype)
