Are you a passionate and committed Emirati young leader?

Green Sheikh Academy invites Emirati women aged 23–27, with a minimum of two years’ experience, in sustainability, leadership, entrepreneurship, renewable energy, and artificial intelligence, to join an exceptional leadership and cultural exchange pathway for 2026.

This is not a typical program. It is an advanced leadership track that requires high engagement, genuine commitment, and active participation in:

• Leadership workshops and sessions inside the UAE

• Intensive program preparations

• An mandatory pre-departure foundation program before travel

We are looking for participants who have strong dialogue and communication skills, are fluent in Arabic and English, and can represent Emirati identity confidently on a global stage, especially with full commitment during the first months of the program.

Program Dates:

• Program 1: 12–19 April 2026 (inside the UAE)

• Program 2: 1–11 November 2026 (Taiwan)

If you are ready to learn from the field, not only from classrooms, and you are eager to develop analytical reading, insight and discernment, reflective journaling, writing, and leadership storytelling, you may be among the selected cohort.
