A fantastic start to our Global Staff Meeting.

This week, we are coming together with colleagues from around the world to connect, learn and share experiences across our global network.

From team activities to great conversations, the first day was a wonderful opportunity to build new connections and celebrate what makes our organisation so special: our people.

As we head into day two, we look forward to gaining deeper insights into our landmark events, exchanging perspectives from across our global business, and discussing the opportunities, priorities and ambitions that will guide our next chapter.

Empowering women to lead with confidence, purpose, and impact - the Messe Frankfurt way!

Over the past few months, our future leaders have participated in a series of development sessions focused on unlocking their leadership potential, building confidence, and enhancing their skills. Our first workshop, Own Your Journey, gave participants the opportunity to reflect on their personal and professional growth while learning from one another's experiences and perspectives.

We look forward to supporting our women leaders as they continue their development journey and create an even greater impact in the future.

Thank you to everyone who joined the session, and a special thank you to Sandra Redmayne, our Transformational Coach and Leadership Consultant, for delivering such an insightful and inspiring workshop.

We were delighted to host our Resilience, Readiness & Opportunity event last week, bringing together more than 500 attendees from across the global events community, both in person at Dubai World Trade Centre and online from around the world.

At a time when clear communication, collaboration and confidence matter more than ever, the session provided an important platform to share insights on Dubai's readiness for the upcoming event season, the resilience of our industry, and the opportunities that lie ahead.

We were honoured to welcome His Excellency Issam Kazim, CEO of Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing, Diego Cortese, Vice President, Dubai World Trade Centre, and industry leaders from Emirates NBD, SIRA and the wider business community, who shared valuable perspectives on tourism, events, business confidence and market readiness.

In the coming weeks, we will be hosting a series of additional sessions with key partners and subject matter experts to address specific questions from our community and provide further updates on the topics that matter most to our customers, exhibitors, visitors and industry stakeholders.
