6 Degrees of Kindness is a charity cause whose name is based on the theory of "6 Degrees of Separation". As per the theory, people are only six steps or fewer away from each other. In other words, everyone in the world can be connected to each other by six or fewer steps. Our objective is spread the act of kindness to less fortunate people around the world in the form of macro projects all over th
e world. Our aim is that each person spreads awareness about this page to at least 6 other people on your friends list and spread the word. We believe, every person can make a difference no matter how small. It's certainly better than doing nothing! Our past macro projects included:
1) Organisation, Collection and delivery of aid boxes providing relief to victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) in the village of Bogo in Cebu Island, Philippines.
2) Mission Sonapur: Voluntary work conducted to thanks and acknowledge the hard work of laborers. We provided gift bags, an Iftaar meal and other contributions like clothes etc. at the labor camps located in Sonapur, Dubai. See more info: https://www.facebook.com/MissionSonapur
3) On going support being provided to Balgram, Lonavala - Maharashtra, India. Support is being provided in terms of annual sponsorship for the education of 110 orphan children.
