Hussain K. Jamal led an insightful session on Shopping Mall Operational Excellence and Sustainable Asset Performance, bringing together retail and facilities management professionals for a session packed with practical knowledge and real conversation.

Day 1 of GVS Online Live 2026 is done and what a start it was! 🙌

Session 01 of the Marketing Retail Destinations programme, "From Footfall to Customer Value," was led by Nada Ghaoui Abousaab of FIKRA Consultants, with 70+ participants joining the virtual room. The discussion was lively, the insights were flowing, and a Kahoot! quiz that kept energy levels high throughout the session.

And we are not stopping there! Join us today, Tuesday, 9 June for our next session on Operations and Facility Management, led by Hussain K. Jamal.
