Still trying to come to terms with the fact that Zubeen Garg is no longer with usđź’”

His voice was more than just music, it was emotion, culture, and identity for millions. From Mayabini to Ya Ali to countless Assamese and regional songs, he carried our stories to the world.

What makes this loss even more personal is that Zubeen da once studied in our very own Karimganj College a connection that makes us, as Karimganj residents, feel his journey even closer to our hearts.

Rest in peace, Zubeen da. Your voice will forever echo in our lives, and your legacy will always remain a source of pride for us🌹

A Day to Cherish Forever! The NESWC 12th Annual Get-Together at Al Mamzar Park, Dubai, UAE was a grand celebration of unity, culture, and togetherness.

From thrilling fun games to prestigious awards, exciting prize distributions, and vibrant cultural performances – we celebrated Eid with joy, laughter, and pride in our Assam and Northeast roots.

This year was extra special with many new couples joining us, adding even more warmth to our growing NESWC family. đź’‘đź’– The ladies had their own fun, making beautiful memories together!

We also took things up a notch by upgrading our setup with stylish chairs, tables, and a cozy majlis for an enhanced experience.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined and made this event truly special. Your energy and enthusiasm made all the difference! Can't wait to see you all at our next get-together! ❤️

A home away from home! Our 11th Annual Northeast Community Get-Together brought people from all walks of life together, creating a sense of belonging and unity.

This special event is the highlight of our year, where community members from across the Emirates come together to reconnect, celebrate, and support one another.From fun games and shared meals to meaningful conversations and recognizing those who have made outstanding contributions, this gathering was a true reflection of our strong and vibrant Northeast community living in the UAE.

We’re excited to announce that our next Annual Community Get-Together will take place after Eid Ul Fitr! We invite you to join us and encourage you to spread the word about NESWC to those who have recently moved to Dubai.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated—your presence made this event truly special. A special thanks to Geetiika Khanikar Dutta for joining us with her friends and family who manage the “UAE AXOMIYA” group for all Assamese in the UAE. You guys are doing a great job.
