Absolutely true! This quote resonates deeply with me. It serves as a reminder to focus on the present moment and avoid wasting precious time and energy worrying about the uncertainties of tomorrow. By letting go of worry, we can cultivate inner peace and fully embrace the opportunities and joys that today has to offer.

I think this post is a great reminder to focus on what we can control in our lives. It's easy to get overwhelmed and anxious when we worry about things outside of our control. Practicing mindfulness and being present can help us recognize what we can control, and letting go of what we cannot.
Setting healthy boundaries is another essential aspect of taking control of our lives. Learning to say "no" when necessary and prioritizing our time and energy effectively can help us create a healthier work-life balance and better relationships.
Lastly, it's important to remember to be kind to ourselves. We can be our own harshest critics, but by treating ourselves with kindness and compassion, we can improve our mental well-being and productivity.
I appreciate this post for encouraging us to embrace mindfulness, set healthy boundaries, and practice self-compassion. Let's focus on what we can control and make today a positive and productive day for ourselves and those around us.

Sufi meditation, also known as Muraqaba, is an ancient spiritual practice that has been used for centuries by Sufi mystics to gain a deeper understanding of the self and the universe. Experts of Muraqaba have taught their students various methods of performing Muraqaba, and these different Muraqabas work like a class or grade for the spiritual development of the students, so their progress would evolve gradually.
The different levels and their goals are based on the types of imagination that a student has to focus on during the Muraqaba. For instance, the Muraqaba of kashaf ul qaboor (vision of the grave) is to reveal the life after death to the student. To strengthen their aura, the student practice Muraqaba of different colors of light, and to observe the pure light, they perform Muraqaba of Noor.
Similarly, to transfer the mental aptitude and knowledge of the teacher to the student, they practice the Muraqaba of imagining the teacher (tassawar sheikh). In short, based on the quality, aptitude, and need of the students, they practice different kinds of Muraqaba. Only an experienced, all-round teacher who has gone through the different levels of practice and has thorough knowledge of the science of Muraqaba can determine the specific Muraqaba for the student.
There are many kinds of Muraqaba based on types of imagination and methods. That is why we are going to shed some lights on the two major types of Muraqabas; the rest are the sub-branches of these Muraqabas. Along with explaining these Muraqabas, a practical
program is also there so anyone could follow the instructions and get general and specific benefits from it. Some programs for the Muraqabas are for special purposes. For instance, Muraqaba to observe life after death (kashaf ul gaboor), Muraqaba of voice of cosmos (haatif ghaybi), Muraqaba for mental peace and so on and so forth. These specialized Muraqabas can awaken any unique and hidden ability of the student so as to get specific benefit from it. While other Muraqabas work to activate the hidden senses of the student, these Muraqabas activate the so-called third eye by using specialized methods.

In many spiritual traditions, presence is considered to be the key to unlocking a deeper level of consciousness and spiritual awareness. When we are present, we are able to connect more fully with ourselves and with others, and to experience a greater sense of peace and contentment in our lives.
The practice of meditation can help to cultivate presence by training the mind to stay focused on the present moment. By learning to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment or distraction, we can develop a greater awareness of our inner world and the external environment around us.
Presence can also be cultivated through practices such as mindful breathing, body scanning, and sensory awareness. By tuning in to the sensations in our bodies and the sounds and sights around us, we can bring ourselves fully into the present moment and experience a greater sense of connection and well-being.
Ultimately, the practice of presence can help us to live more fully in the present moment, to let go of worries and anxieties about the past or future, and to experience a greater sense of joy and fulfillment in our daily lives.
