You have an MVP. Now what?

The next stage might not be obvious.

Maybe your customer strategy needs work. Maybe your business model has a blind spot. Or maybe you're struggling with growth, positioning, operations, or something you haven't even identified yet.

That's where the value of expert consultation comes in.

The HUB47 Startup Acceleration Cohort brings founders together for 12 weeks of group consultation sessions, expert mentorship and structured weekly work designed to help them identify challenges, strengthen their businesses and build towards Demo Day.

Applications close on 5th September 2026.
The cohort begins on 19th September 2026.

If you've built your MVP and you're ready to figure out what comes next, we'd like to hear from you.

What happens when you move from using AI to building with it?

That was the focus of Workshop 3: Automation and AI Agents for Entrepreneurs, the final session of HUB47’s AI Transformation for Better Business series.

Led by Anh Nguyen, Founder of Applify Lab, the session was an engaging and practical introduction to agentic AI.

Participants explored how to think about building with AI - from identifying opportunities for automation to understanding the systems and processes that make AI solutions useful and successful in practice.

A big thank you to Anh Nguyen for sharing his expertise and making the session both accessible and actionable, and to everyone who joined us and contributed to the discussion with thoughtful questions and real-world perspectives.

Meet the speaker behind our upcoming workshop 🙌🏽

For the final workshop in our AI Transformation for Better Business series, we're bringing in Anh Nguyen, Founder of Applify Lab, a Dubai-based software and AI product development firm building agentic AI systems and software products for clients across the UAE and Europe.

With a background in Computer Science and Machine Learning, and experience building software in regulated environments, Anh brings a practical approach to AI adoption.

At Workshop 3, he'll take entrepreneurs beyond the hype and into the practical side of automation and AI agents.

Everyone's using AI, hardly anyone has automated anything with it.

Which of your tasks do you want automated?

In the final workshop of our AI Transformation for Better Business series, we'll move beyond prompting and strategy to focus on implementation.

This session is for business owners who've tried ChatGPT, been impressed once, and then quietly gone back to doing the work manually.

Join Anh Nguyen, Founder of Applify Lab, as he shares practical approaches to building AI-powered automations that solve real business problems.

We'll cover what separates the AI projects that stick from the ones that quietly die after the demo — and walk through a repeatable process you can apply to a task in your own business next week.

In Workshop 3: Automation and AI Agents for Entrepreneurs, we'll explore:

• Why an estimated 95% of AI pilots never make it past the demo — and what the research actually says.

• The difference between the model and the setup around it — and why the setup is where your advantage lives.

• A repeatable step process for turning any task you already do into an automation

• Different way of building an automation.

• Where the human stays in the loop.

Stay afterwards for networking with fellow entrepreneurs and business professionals 🤝
