Our sincere thanks and appreciation to the philanthropist for this noble initiative, and special thanks to the Government of Dubai for these humanitarian initiatives that reflect the values of compassion and civil responsibility, and affirm that giving is an essential part of this city’s approach.

Dubai Municipality has provided water fountains all over Dubai.
This initiative was sponsored by an Emirati philanthropist from Dubai as a charitable endowment

The “Fountains of Mercy” project is part of Dubai Municipality’s leading role in enhancing the urban appearance of the Emirate of Dubai, supporting environmental sustainability, and protecting wildlife. Through this initiative, Dubai Municipality seeks to provide supportive infrastructure for living creatures in their natural and urban habitats, based on the values of mercy and humanity that underpin our society, while reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global model for achieving a balance between development, the environment, and acts of compassion.

الكروان خُلق لخدمة البيئة بتنظيفها من الحشرات دون حاجة للمبيدات. هذا العصفور معرض للانقراض بسبب الصيد الجائر من خلال صناديق وافخاخ تحاكي صوته ، صيده لا يغني أحداً لكنه يضر الناس ويخرب الطبيعة. فلنتركه ونحافظ على أرضنا.

شكراً للسيد سعيد حمد على اهتمامه بالطبيعة والحيوانات، وعلى هذه القصة المؤثرة التي توضح خطورة صيد الكروان وأثره السلبي على البيئة. احترامنا للطبيعة هو احترام لأنفسنا ولأرضنا الطيبة.
