Community Update – Post Rainfall 🌧️

Dear Residents,

Following yesterday’s heavy rainfall, we would like to share an update on the current situation in the community.

Throughout the night, 20 cleaners and 20 technicians were deployed and worked continuously to ensure the community remains safe, clean, and accessible. Their dedication is truly appreciated.

At present, water removal operations are ongoing:

12 tankers are actively working across the community and have made significant progress

4 tankers are currently deployed at the main RTA roundabout to clear it as quickly as possible

As the main roundabout is still waterlogged, Community Management has temporarily opened an alternate exit from Al Ramth to E611 (both directions), located near Al Ramth 23. Security teams are on-site to guide residents and manage traffic flow.

We sincerely thank our cleaning and technical teams for their tireless efforts in keeping the community safe during this time.

Please continue to stay safe and follow guidance from security personnel.

Dear Valued Resident,

As per the latest weather forecast, the UAE is expected to experience unstable weather from Saturday, 13 December until Thursday, 19 December. Moderate to heavy rain is anticipated in scattered areas, with the possibility of lightning, thunder, hail and strong winds at times.
As part of our mitigation plan, adequate resources and equipment have been arranged to ensure a prompt recovery if required. Our Community Operations team, in coordination with Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Land Department, Dubai Ambulance Services, RTA and our service providers, is actively monitoring the weather conditions.

Water tankers have also been secured to support swift water clearance should the need arise. Please note that certain outdoor amenities may be temporarily closed due to potential weather-related conditions.
