LFBE Interactive Customer Service Training – A Big Success!

Yesterday, the League of Food & Beverage Entrepreneurs (LFBE), a subcommittee of the Philippine Business Council - Dubai & Northern Emirates (PBC-DNE), successfully hosted an Interactive Customer Service Training for F&B entrepreneurs and their teams at BHub, Burjuman Mall Dubai!

It was an inspiring and practical session where business owners, managers, and frontline staff from amazing local brands such as Off the Hook Seafood Restaurant, AffordaCup, Bawangong Avenue, Zutto Suki, Grizlis Creperie & Swirls, iChips Plus, Agemono Express, Cuisinerongpinoy, Naderang Gundang, Jaiko Taho DXB and JT's Manukan Grille - Dubai came together to sharpen their customer service skills and grow their service culture. 🙌

Huge thanks to our trainer Miss Michelle Tatel for an engaging and insightful session that will help strengthen service excellence across the F&B community.
