تعد مبادرة زايد العطاء نموذجاً فريداً للعمل الإنساني على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي، حيث حققت منذ إطلاقها في عام 2003 العديد من الإنجازات القيمة، على صعيدي التنمية المجتمعية والعمل التطوعي، وتشمل المجالات الصحية والبيئية والتعليمية والثقافية.
تعمل المبادرة وفقاً لمبادئ العطاء الإنساني الذي أرسى قواعده الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان، طيب الله ثراه، كما تجسد حرص صاحب السمو الشيخ خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان ر

Since its inception in 2003, the initiative has made valuable contributions to various areas of community services and volunteering including health, education, environment and culture. The initiative works in line with the guiding principles laid down by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder of the UAE, and pursued by HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. Over the past few years, the initiative has attracted over 50,000 volunteers to reach out to more than 100 million people in Arab and African countries who benefited from its various voluntary and humanitarian programmes.

تعد مبادرة زايد العطاء نموذجاً فريداً للعمل الإنساني على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي، حيث حققت منذ إطلاقها في عام 2003 العديد من الإنجازات القيمة، على صعيدي التنمية المجتمعية والعمل التطوعي، وتشمل المجالات الصحية والبيئية والتعليمية والثقافية. تعمل المبادرة وفقاً لمبادئ العطاء الإنساني الذي أرسى قواعده الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان، طيب الله ثراه، كما تجسد حرص صاحب السمو الشيخ خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان رئيس الدولة على مواصلة هذه المسيرة المباركة.

استطاعت مبادرة زايد العطاء ومنذ تاسيسها عام 2000 ان تصل برسالتها الانسانية للملايين من خلال مبادراتها المبتكرة والتي ساهمت من التخفيف من معاناه المجتمعات في مختلف دول العالم في نموذج مميز للعمل الانساني المبتكر والذي ياتي انسجاما مع الروح الانسانية للمغفور له باذن الله الشيخ زايد لن سلطان ال نهيان مؤسس دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة وامتداد لجسور الخير والعطاء لابناء الامارات الذين خطوه خطاه ونهجوه نهجه في مجالات العمل الانساني تحت القيادة الحكيمة لصاحب السمو الشيخ خليفة بن زايد آل نهيان رئيس الدولة، حفظه الله، وأخيه صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، رعاه الله، وترجمة حقيقية لرؤية الفريق أول سمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان ولي عهد أبوظبي نائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة بترسيخ ثقافة العطاء والعمل التطوعي.
