The council aims to empower women economically and socially through the crafts across the MENASEA and Central Asia regions.

Irthi Contemporary Crafts Council is an affiliate of NAMA Women Advancement Establishment (NAMA), which was established under an Emiri Decree by His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, and is chaired by Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of the Ruler of Sharjah. By representing both traditional and modern crafts and developing a fresh narrative for the sector, it aims to create new market opportunities, deliver social development programmes, host vocational training and preserve the skills and rich cultural heritage of the region for current and future generations.

يكشف مجلس إرثي للحرف المعاصرة × عَدي الفردان عن مجموعة مجوهرات بإصدار محدود، أُطلقت احتفاءً بيوم المرأة الإماراتية

مُستوحاة من حرفة السفيفة الإماراتية وتكويناتها الهندسية، تعيد المجموعة تقديم تفاصيلها من خلال الذهب عيار 18 قيراطاً والأحجار الكريمة المستلهمة ألوانها من علم دولة الإمارات، في رؤية معاصرة تحتفي بالحرفة ودور المرأة الإماراتية في حفظ معارفها ونقلها عبر الأجيال

Safeefah, reimagined in fine jewellery.

Irthi Contemporary Crafts Council × Adi Al Fardan unveil a limited edition jewellery collection launched in recognition of Emirati Women’s Day.

Inspired by Emirati Safeefah, the collection brings its distinctive patterns and details into 18 karat gold and precious stones inspired by the colours of the UAE flag, while honouring the craft and the role of Emirati women in preserving and passing its knowledge across generations.

مجموعة حصرية مستوحاة من جماليات الصقارة الإماراتية، تجمع بين الحرفية والتصميم المعاصر، من خلال تفاصيل تستحضر انسيابية جناح الصقر، ونقوش ريشه، وعناصر مستلهمة من أدوات الصقارة التقليدية.

صُممت القطع من الجلد الطبيعي بتفاصيل مستوحاة من حرفة السفيفة الإماراتية، في تناغم يجمع بين الدقة والوظيفة وجمال التكوين.

An exclusive collection Inspired by the enduring aesthetics of Emirati falconry, bringing together craftsmanship and contemporary design through details that reflect the form of a falcon’s wing, the patterns of its feathers, and elements of falconry.

Crafted in natural leather with details inspired by Emirati Safeefah, each piece reflects a dialogue between precision, function and form.
