💧 PROJECT TUBIG: Transforming Water Utilities for Better Instruction and Growth!

The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – United Arab Emirates (PICE-UAE) Chapter proudly celebrates the successful completion of Phase 1 of Project Kabulig at Palati Primary School in Odiongan, Romblon!

Through the restoration of the school's water tank and installation of water supply piping, we continue to turn engineering expertise into meaningful community impact, providing students and teachers with improved access to clean water and a healthier learning environment.

Engr. Kris Gabrielle M. Bautista is a Registered Civil Engineer from the Philippines and a DMT-licensed Practicing Engineer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the East–Manila. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Construction Management at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Her professional experience spans structural engineering, Structural BIM, and multidisciplinary design coordination across high-rise residential developments, luxury private villas, building structures, and infrastructure projects. She is a member of the Society of Engineers–UAE and served as a Board Director of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers–UAE Chapter in 2025.

He is also a PMP-certified professional with NEBOSH IGC certification. His experience spans institutional, hospitality, real estate, infrastructure, and high-rise developments. He currently works as a Cost Consultant in the UAE, providing cost management, quantity surveying, and contract administration services across major construction projects.
