‼️Congratulations to Engineer Joeper F. Famorcan‼️

Engr. Joeper F. Famorcan is an ASEAN Engineer (ASEAN Eng.), ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE), Project Management and Construction Engineering (PMCE), and a Structural Engineering Specialist of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE), a Certified Structural Safety Evaluator by the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP). He holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and he is also a Certified Professional in Engineering Management (CPEM) of the American Society for Engineering Management.

Currently serving as Project Manager at Sino Grand Wall International Contracting (SGWIC) LLC. His portfolio includes civil infrastructure works, commercial malls, office building, museums, industrial warehouses, telecommunications towers, man camp facilities, dining halls, and specialized structures, with a cumulative project value exceeding USD 500 million.

In 2025, he served as President of the PICE-UAE Chapter, leading the organization to a historic milestone when the chapter received the Most Outstanding International Chapter Award from PICE National for the first time in its history. Since 2022, he has also served as Chair of the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP) Regional Subcommittee. Under his leadership and active support, the UAE subcommittee played a key role in the successful staging of the ASEP Structural Expo (STX 2.0), a landmark event that became one of ASEP's premier technical gatherings conducted outside the Philippines.

Engr. Famorcan was honoured as one of the Top Engineers and Architects in the Middle East by The Filipino Times Watchlist for three consecutive years—2023, 2024, and 2025.

He is a Project Controls Leader with 29+ years of international experience across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines, specializing in planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and project controls for multi billion dollar EPC, Oil & Gas, mixed use, and infrastructure projects.

Currently serving as Planning Manager at Azizi Developments, he leads project controls for large scale developments, leveraging Primavera P6, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools to drive data driven decision making and enhance project performance. Previously, as Project Control Manager, he successfully delivered major EPC projects ahead of schedule and under budget, earning multiple recognitions for outstanding performance.

In 2024, he was recognized as one of the Top Filipino Engineers and Architects in the Middle East, and is widely known for his strong leadership, strategic planning, and consistent delivery of complex projects on time and within budget. Engr. Marichelle F. Aldaya is a distinguished Civil Engineer and Senior Quantity Surveyor currently affiliated with ALEC Engineering and Contracting LLC. With nearly three decades of experience in the construction industry, two decades of which have been spent in the Middle East, she has developed extensive expertise in cost management, contract administration, and commercial management. Over the course of her career, she has successfully contributed to the delivery of seven iconic projects across the Middle East, with a combined value of $3.21 billion.

She holds a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Contract Management from the College of Contract Management, United Kingdom, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines.

Engr. Aldaya maintains a strong professional standing through several distinguished credentials. She is an ASEAN Engineer under the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations, a Practicing Engineer accredited by the Abu Dhabi Municipality (Department of Municipalities and Transport), and a Project Management and Construction Engineering Specialist recognized by the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE).

A licensed professional in multiple disciplines, she is a PRC Licensed Civil Engineer and a PRC Licensed Geodetic Engineer. She is also actively engaged in the professional community as a Life and Specialist Member of PICE and a Technical Member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors (PICQS).
