إرث يُرسّخ وطننا ويُلهم مجتمعنا..
كرّس المرحوم سلطان علي العويس حياته لخدمة الثقافة والتعليم والتنمية والبنية التحتية في الإمارات. كما ساهم في إنشاء المدارس والمستشفيات، وبادر ببناء خمسة سدود رئيسة في الفجيرة وعجمان ما زالت توفّر المياه للمزارعين حتى الآن.

ساهم الراحل دافيد هيرد في تشكيل ملامح قطاع الطاقة في الإمارات، وظل طوال مسيرته شاهدًا على مراحل التطور التي مرّت بها الدولة.

كما كرّس دافيد جهوده في توثيق تاريخ الإمارات. وفي عام 2019، تبرّع بأرشيف يضم أكثر من 440 وحدة أرشيفية إلى مكتبة جامعة نيويورك أبوظبي، ليصبح مرجعًا ثريًا للباحثين والطلبة، ويحفظ ذاكرة الوطن للأجيال القادمة.
