Last month, we gathered for the first module of Sophia GROW, a transformative experience of reflection, connection, and purposeful growth.

Through a thoughtfully designed journey of guided reflection and experiential learning, participants were invited to reconnect with their unique purpose and explore what brings greater meaning, clarity, and direction to their lives.
We are grateful to every woman who joined us and contributed her wisdom, courage, openness, and presence to the circle. 🌿

As we continue this journey together, we look forward to the insights, growth, and possibilities that the coming modules will unfold.

Cecilia Ayoub is an Integrative Nutritionist and Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher with over a decade of experience in holistic wellness. She holds an MSc in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen and is the founder of Manifest Health and creator of the Mastering Fat Loss program, which approaches wellbeing through a sustainable, whole-person perspective. Blending evidence-based nutrition science with yoga, mindfulness, and functional medicine principles, Cecilia guides individuals toward balanced, lasting health transformations.

Join us for a special book reading of "Walk Gently: You’re Watching You" by Vandana and Tony Mendonca.

Vandana Mendonça and her husband Tony, founded Graceful Reflections Consultancy in Abu Dhabi. Their shared purpose is to encourage conscious living, self-empowerment, and the cultivation of inner awareness. Their guiding mantra is ‘Finding Spirituality in Everyday Experiences.’

They believe that awareness carries both cognitive and consciousness responsibility, this principle forms the core of their work and writing.

Their first book, "Walk Gently – You’re Watching You", shares the experience of ‘Walking the Labyrinth’ as a means to self-discovery and self-empowerment, enhancing our potential to find, seize, and enjoy the opportunities that could otherwise be obscured.

It is a reminder that our truth is most powerful when it is embodied, integrated, and lived with grace. After all, one who has the most investment in our development is ourself.
