Persons with disabilities that the Organization targets are those defined in article 2 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD):

“Persons with disabilities include those who have long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairments which in interaction with various barriers may hinder their full and effective participation in society on an eq

ual basis with others.”

Currently the Organization is operating in Zvishavane District in the Provinces respectively. Prisca Shumba founded the Organization in 2018 with other passionate community members in Zvishavane and got the Organization registered as a Trust in the same year. The Organization networks with Government Departments, including the Department of Social Welfare, Runde Rural District Council other Non-Governmental Organizations including Disabled Persons organizations, community leadership and community members.
