On the 24th of June 2026 we conducted partner strengthening meeting to strengthen collaboration among Markets and Seed Access Project (MASAP) implementing partners through knowledge sharing, identification of synergies and development of coordinated approaches that contribute to the programme goal of improving food security and resilience among smallholder farming households. The Mutiusinazita Community Seed Bank (CSB) successfully hosted a monitoring delegation from the Environmental Management Agency with Director Thabani Shoko and the EMA Board Chair present. During the visit Farmer Field School (FFS) exhibited at a Seed Fair to show case how the Dryland Sustainable Landscapes Impact Program (DSL-IP) have managed to improve resilience. The team also witnessed Paramechanics Training.

The EMA delegation expressed appreciation for the tangible impacts being achieved through the integration of community seed banking, agroforestry, and agricultural mechanization. The delegation acknowledged the contribution of these interventions towards climate resilience, sustainable land management (SLM), and sustainable forest management (SFM), and recognized the Farmer Field School (FFS) approach as an effective platform for knowledge sharing, skills development,and community empowerment.
