The Impact Mozambique campaign continues to bring hope, healing and practical support to vulnerable communities across Manica and Gaza Provinces, Mozambique. πΏπΌπ€π²πΏ
In partnership with ADRA, Bridging Gaps Foundation has mobilized emergency humanitarian assistance to support approximately 1,000 highly vulnerable households β nearly 6,000 people β in Gaza Province over the next two months.
Our mission extends beyond relief. It is about restoring dignity, strengthening communities and sharing hope through service.
Highlights of the initiative include:
π§ Five solar-powered boreholes
π± Food assistance for 3,000 households
ποΈ Four motorbikes for missionaries
π 11 buses transporting over 600 delegates and evangelists from the Zimbabwe East Union Conference
π« Refurbishment of Macorrea Primary School, including repainting, plastering and new ablution facilities
βͺ Refurbishment of the historic 7 April Adventist Church β the first Adventist church in Manica Province
π©Ί Centre of Hope Preventative Health Expo focusing on counselling, mental health and nutrition education
π Door-to-door Bible studies and prayer ministry
π₯ Arundel Hospital Curative Health Expo led by specialist doctors under the leadership of Dr. Chimuka
The BGF food distribution includes:
β’ 60 tonnes of mealie-meal
β’ 12,000 litres of cooking oil
β’ 15 tonnes of beans
Each food hamper contains:
βοΈ 20kg mealie-meal
βοΈ 4 litres cooking oil
βοΈ 5kg beans
βοΈ 1kg salt
