About Tony Waite Organisation (TWO)
Tony Waite Organisation is a community-based organisation working to improve the wellbeing of Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), persons with disabilities, adolescents, and other vulnerable groups in Kariba and surrounding communities through health, education, protection, and livelihoods programmes.
Internship Overview
TWO is seeking a motivated and passionate Programmes Intern to support the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of community-based programmes. This internship offers hands-on experience in NGO programme management and community development work.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of community outreach activities and projects
Assist in data collection, monitoring, and reporting of programme activities
Participate in community mobilization and stakeholder engagement
Support documentation of success stories, case studies, and reports
Assist with administrative and logistical tasks assigned by superiors
Uphold safeguarding, child protection, and organisational policies at all times
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
University/ College students studying towards the following disciplines Development Studies, Social Work, Community Development, Public Health, or related field
