π±β¨ On August 28, the 6th China-Aid Juncao Technology Training Course was successfully held at Sunnyside A, Ward 25, Zvimba East, Mashonaland West, Nyabira π¨π³π€πΏπΌ.
This training brought together farmers and community members to gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience:

Theoretical sessions on Juncao cultivation β covering soil selection, planting methods, and field management. πΏ

Practical demonstrations on mushroom production materials β showing how to prepare and use local resources and Juncao grass for mushroom bags. π

Hands-on practice in Juncao cutting and livestock feeding β teaching participants how to cut Juncao properly and use it as nutritious feed for animals. ππ

Mushroom cooking demonstrations β highlighting the delicious taste and nutritional benefits of mushrooms, and showing their great potential in improving household diets and adding market value. π³β¨
By combining classroom teaching with real-life demonstrations, the workshop not only transferred essential skills but also showcased the broad potential of Juncao Technology β from improving crop yields and animal health to enriching local diets and creating new income streams.
Juncao is more than grass and mushrooms: it is a pathway to food security, sustainable livelihoods, and shared prosperity. πβ¨
