A disturbing pattern of organized immigration fraud has emerged, with multiple victims coming forward to report substantial financial losses linked to the entity operating under the name . According to statements provided by impacted individuals, what initially appeared to be a legitimate pathway to overseas opportunities has rapidly deteriorated into a sophisticated confidence scheme with far-reaching social and economic consequences.

One of the affected individuals, Tendai Kanyuchi, has formally confirmed his victimization and provided documentary evidence of payments amounting to US$1,370. Additionally, another affected client reportedly lost US$2,100, while further reports indicate victims who paid up to US$3,200. In several cases, individuals were subjected to long-term visa bans due to fraudulent documents allegedly issued by the perpetrators—an outcome that not only derailed their prospects abroad but also compromised their future mobility.

Stakeholders who engaged with Recruitlarge describe a consistent operational pattern:

* Promises of overseas placement, visa facilitation, or guaranteed employment;

* Payment collections conducted under the guise of processing fees or administrative requirements;

* Issuance of fraudulent documents and misrepresentation of immigration procedures;

* Evasion, non-delivery of services, and deliberate disappearance once financial transactions are completed.

The financial and psychological toll has been severe. Several victims, including Mr. Kanyuchi, report having sold personal property to participate in these so-called programmes. The aftermath has left families in distress, saddled with irrecoverable debt, and facing long-term reputational and financial damage.

🚨 Law Enforcement Engagement and Process Status

The matter has been escalated to ZRP Central Police Station, where statements have already been recorded under the CID department. According to victims, this is not an isolated report but part of a broader case already in the police system. Victims are currently consolidating their RRB numbers from earlier reports to streamline investigations and strengthen the case file.

📌 The objective is clear:
* To ensure decisive law-enforcement action, expedite investigative turnaround times, and enhance the probability of successful prosecution.

* Advocacy, Public Awareness, and Stakeholder Mobilization

*The victims have formally requested strategic publishing support to expand visibility, enhance public awareness, and activate broader stakeholder engagement. The overarching goal is to:

* Drive public shielding from ongoing risks;

* Accelerate law-enforcement traction;

* Ensure the victims’ voices are amplified and validated.

In parallel, efforts are underway to engage high-influence investigative voices—such as journalist Hopewell Chin'ono — to escalate the matter into the national spotlight, ensuring that the case receives the visibility required for meaningful intervention.

😢 The Broader Impact: A National Risk Indicator

The scale and sophistication of this scam illustrate an emerging national risk in the immigration-facilitation space. The incident underscores the urgent need for:

* Enhanced regulatory scrutiny of recruitment and migration-advisory entities;

* Stronger consumer-protection frameworks;

* Formal verification channels for citizens engaging in migration-related services;

* Public-education campaigns to minimize vulnerability to criminal syndicates.

Conclusion: A United Front Against Fraud

This escalating case represents more than isolated financial loss—it's a collective national challenge that calls for synchronized action across victims, law-enforcement agencies, civil-society actors, and media stakeholders.

Crimestop Zimbabwe remains committed to providing the operational visibility, investigative alignment, and communication support required to ensure that justice is served and that all affected individuals are given a platform to be heard.

The victims have spoken. Their message is clear:
They seek justice, transparency, and accountability—and they will not stop until the perpetrators face the full consequences of their actions.

🚨 Tigonzi Appeals to President Mnangagwa Over $6,000 Car Fraud Case Involving Walter Magaya’s Associate

Renowned musician Tigonzi has publicly appealed to President Emmerson Mnangagwa for intervention in a long-standing fraud case involving the alleged sale of an unregistered vehicle linked to Prophet Walter Magaya’s associate.

In a post shared on Instagram, Tigonzi expressed frustration after reportedly losing US$6,000 in a car deal gone wrong. According to his account, the transaction took place at Yadah Hotel, where he purchased an unregistered vehicle from an individual identified as Tapiwa Chikondo, who is said to be a security aide to Walter Magaya.

“He sold me an unregistered car with fake number plates only to start running away from me just a day after I discovered the problem,” Tigonzi wrote. “He told me he was going to return my money and take his car back, but he has been avoiding me for over a year now.”

Tigonzi further revealed that despite lodging formal complaints with the Waterfalls Police Station and the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC), there has been little progress. He stated that the anti-corruption body concluded its investigations six months ago, but he has not received any updates or resolution.

“Please help, Mr President,” he pleaded. “I have been threatened, but I have always believed in our great president and the principle that Nyika inovakwa nevene vayo.”

The artist claims to possess all necessary sale agreements and supporting documents proving his ownership and payment. However, the vehicle was later impounded by the Vehicle Theft Squad (VTS), leaving him both without the car and the funds.

The incident has drawn significant attention online, with many calling for transparency and swift justice. Tigonzi’s public plea underscores growing concerns about fraud, accountability, and the protection of citizens in private transactions involving influential figures.

Authorities are yet to issue an official statement regarding the case.

📢 Public Safety Alert

We kindly urge all parents, guardians, and transport operators to take note of this important safety concern.

Reports have been received regarding unsafe transportation practices involving school children from Budiriro 4 Primary School, who were allegedly seen being transported in a vehicle in a hazardous manner along the route near the Budiriro bustop (before Matayi, heading towards CABS).

Such practices pose serious risks to the safety and well-being of our children. We strongly appeal to all school transport drivers and parents to ensure that all learners are conveyed in roadworthy vehicles and in full compliance with road safety regulations.

Let us work together to protect our children and prevent avoidable accidents. 🚸

🛑 The 48-hour waiting period for reporting a missing person should be urgently reviewed. A great deal can happen to a child within that timeframe. This video serves as a commentary on the recent tragic case in Kuwadzana Extension, where missing children were later discovered deceased in the boot of a car.

🚨 DRUG AWARENESS CAMPAIGN - BY CRIMESTOP ZIMBABWE - +263785947406 🚨

“The Only Safe Drug is the One Not Taken”

*🛑 FACT 1: DIFFERENT DRUGS CAUSE DIFFERENT FEELINGS AND PHYSICAL RESPONSES*

* Illicit substances like dagga, he**in, Ecstasy, Mandrax, tik, and co***ne are illegal and dangerous.

* A drug that may produce a pleasurable feeling today could cause fear, panic — or even death — tomorrow.

* The drug trade is profit-driven, and many substances are "cut" with unknown chemicals — often more toxic than the drug itself.

* You may think it's the same drug, but you can never be sure what’s inside.

* Drugs can be swallowed (pills), smoked, inhaled, or injected — but the risk remains the same: serious harm or death.

* Past experience does not guarantee safety. Even long-time users die from overdose.

* Addiction escalates: You start needing stronger and riskier substances just to feel normal.

* No matter how “good” drugs make you feel, your body is breaking down behind the scenes.

*🛑 TYPES OF DRUGS & THEIR EFFECTS*

*🔺 UPPERS*

* (Co***ne, Ecstasy, Speed, Crack, Tik)

> Provide short-term euphoria, energy, and confidence.

> Common side effects: anxiety, paranoia, insomnia, heart strain — even death.

> When the high wears off, you experience depression and suicidal thoughts, leading to dependence on downers.

*🔻 DOWNERS*

* (Dagga, He**in, Mandrax)

> Create feelings of calm and detachment.

> Long-term use leads to lethargy, poor academic/work performance, and relationship breakdowns.

> Strong downers like he**in can shut down body systems, resulting in death.

*🌀 HALLUCINOGENS*

* (L*D, Mescaline)

> Alter your perception of reality.

> May result in terrifying “bad trips,” followed by lifelong flashbacks and mental trauma.

*🛑 FACT 2: EVERY PERSON REACTS DIFFERENTLY TO DRUGS*

* Never take a drug based on someone else’s experience.

* Never encourage someone to take drugs just because you think it worked for you.

* Your body’s reaction could be completely different — and fatal.

*🛑 FACT 3: THE MORE YOU USE, THE MORE YOU NEED*

* The “high” from your first dose is often the strongest.

* As your tolerance builds, you need larger doses to feel the same effects — which is the road to addiction.

*Drugs are expensive. As your need grows, you may resort to:*

> Crime

> Prostitution

> High-risk behaviour

> Imprisonment or death

> No one starts using drugs planning to become an addict.

> Every addict once said: "I can quit whenever I want."
*→ They were wrong.*

*🛑 FACT 4: LIFE IS TOUGH — DRUGS MAKE IT TOUGHER*

*Drugs may promise:*

* Instant peace

* Energy and confidence

* Escape from reality

*But what they don’t tell you:*

* You cannot control how your body will react.

* The more you like it, the faster addiction takes hold.

* When the high wears off, your problems will still be there — often worse.

*A HARSH REALITY*

* Uppers require downers, and mixing both can kill you.

* Drugs make you lose control — including your ability to work, study, or even drive.

* People who sell you drugs are not your friends — they profit from your suffering.

*🛑 SEEK REAL HELP, NOT FAKE ESCAPES*

If you're overwhelmed, there are better options than self-destruction.

`In regards to yesterday's accident`

This is truly heartbreaking. Many lives have been affected.

To all mushikashika drivers – please drive to stay alive. Do not gamble with human lives through speeding or reckless overtaking. 😞

To all passengers – we must not allow ourselves to be driven to our deaths. Speak up when a driver is operating recklessly. If they refuse to listen, it is better to get off the vehicle immediately. Yes, actually disembark. Your life matters. Don’t risk it by remaining silent while the driver endangers everyone’s safety.

Buruka wotora picture of the commuter omnibus, number plate & send to Crimestop Zimbabwe. It's high time these drivers and conductors get punished for their actions.
