The Jibilika Dance Festival is Zimbabwe's premier annual youth dance festival.It was established in 2007. The festival selects 10 groups from each of the country’s 10 provinces to take part in the national finals. The thrust of the event is to stimulate dance as a means to empower, build capacity and develop talent while entertaining. The event also encourages various dance cultures with the thrus

The event incorporates mentorship on various youth-related issues, training and development workshops in various communities, exhibitions and performances. The event is credited for revealing and endorsing a lot of dancers and groups locally and beyond the borders.

Week 2 • Day 1 || Jibilika Creative Academy at the Aquatic Complex, in Chitungwiza. The program continues to empower young people from Chitungwiza with various artistic skills that include Music Production, Dance, DJing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Photography, Videography and more. This is our free community program.
Special thanks to the Ministry of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture, Chitungwiza for giving us the space.
