🟦 Speaking on Nhimbe FM 100.9, Narshon T. Kohlo highlighted the barriers young people face in leadership:

🇿🇼At WELEAD, our work with young people begins by changing the narrative. We’re challenging the old stories that said young people are powerless, that youth are too young, that women are too weak, and that youth leadership is futile. Together, we are dismantling these beliefs and making room for young people to lead and shape the future.
