*VARAKASHI 4ED MIDLANDS PROVINCE* *INFORMATION UPDATE*

✅The Annual General Meeting led by National Chairman CDE ELISHA MASANGO of Mahwindi for Economic Development organization gathered in Harare, highlighting the Transport sector's key role in Zimbabwe's national economy. The meeting aimed to align RankMarshals operations with the National Development Strategy2 (NDS2), positioning the industry as a driver for achieving developmental targets.

✅The event brought together national executive members, provincial chairpersons, and district chairpersons from 10 provinces, fostering unity among Mahwindi RankMarshals. Discussions focused on sector integration, policy frameworks, and addressing common challenges. The outcomes are expected to influence policy discussions and operational frameworks within the nation's ranks.

✅The organization expressed gratitude to bus operators for their support and acknowledged government recognition through empowerment initiatives. These efforts enhance skills, knowledge, and capacity to serve communities effectively. Rank marshals play a vital role in maintaining order, safety, and smartness at bus ranks, ensuring efficient passenger flow and a healthy environment.

✅The meeting also addressed critical issues like drug abuse, promoting a culture of health and wellness, and land empowerment. Mahwindi seeks government support for land ownership, vocational training, and employment opportunities. The organization aims to contribute to Zimbabwe's development, aligning with Vision 2030 and expressing loyalty to President ED Mnangagwa.

NEW VARSITY FOR HARARE: Dr Auxillia Mnangagwa, the First Lady, has secured an investor to build a university in Harare. She posted about her meeting with Prateek Suri, an Indian billionaire and CEO of Maser Group, on the sidelines of the 7th Merck Foundation First Ladies Initiative Summit 2025 in Dubai.

"Mr. Suri expressed interest in the construction of a university in Harare with student accommodation facilities at the campus. I invited him to Zimbabwe to have further deliberations with the relevant Cabinet Ministers because Zimbabwe is open for business," she said.

Today His Excellency, President E.D. Mnangagwa, has commissioned the state-of-the-art Geo Pomona Waste Sorting Plant along with new refuse collection equipment.

All Mahwindi across the nation joined hands, and we are saying no to shutdown, no to demonstrations no stay aways and no to anything to do about going against our President H.E CDE DR ED MNANGAGWA, the party and our government.
We Mahwindi/RankMarshals defending us from disorderly working areas and the nation from detractors, from enemies, from power hungries like Geza, Nyokayemabhunu, Chamisa and other silent hibernated vultures paaaaasi nemi!!!.
Yestarday press conference did not shy away from political undercurrents. Cde Mutsvangwa issued a stern rebuke to those accused of plotting instability 31st of May 2025. “Those who sought to cause chaos now find themselves eating humble pie,” he said. “Power-hungry elements underestimated the resolve of a nation underpinned by economic growth.”
He urged the nation to turn the page on recent political episodes and focus on unity and development. “Let Zimbabwe forget about shutdown and demonstrations. The President is hitting all the right notes, especially for our youth, who now see a brighter future through ZANU PF.”
As the nation continues on its post-pandemic recovery path and eyes Vision 2030, yesterday's press conference made it clear: ZANU PF’s message is anchored in economic empowerment, national identity, and unwavering support for President Mnangagwa’s leadership.
