I saw this poem by Emory Hall that made me realise that women go through a lot of more hands on changes in their journey from being a little girl to growing into a grandmother. From changes during puberty to continual changes as you mature and if it's in your cards - changes in pregnancy and after and as you become a mother to an infant who eventually becomes an adult, as you go through menopause and get used to a new normal. In all of this, effects on one's wellbeing are felt as you find new balances. In honour of Women's Day I invite you to join in this talk as we share stories of how either you went through a change as a female or you've watched someone close to you go through changes and in all those stages, what helped and the support they provided for you or you provided for them. We hope you get to grace us with your stories and that we learn from your experiences. Tell a friend to tell a friend🌸🤗
