Strength and honor are her clothing, and her hands are always open to the needy. 🤍✨

Through the 5 Million Smiles initiative, The Woman of God Prophetess Beaullah Machiri continues to demonstrate what it truly means to live a life of compassion, generosity, and purpose.

We are reminded that we are blessed not just for ourselves, but to be a blessing in someone else’s life. Every smile shared, every hand extended, and every act of kindness becomes a seed of hope in our communities.

5 Million Smiles – Empowering Through Knowledge & Opportunity

At the heart of our mission is one bold goal: to alleviate poverty through education and empowerment. The “You Lead” Conference was a key moment in this journey — a gathering filled with insight, inspiration, and impact.

We were honored to be joined by renowned speakers, including Mr. ProAirZw George Munengwa, who powerfully redefined P.O.O.R. as "Passing On Opportunities Regularly." This mindset shift resonated deeply with participants and set the tone for transformational learning. Mr Jonah Mungoshi a Zimbabwean man who broke the world record for the longest speech by speaking for more than 26 hours only spoke for 15 minutes but left nuggets that can impact an entire generation. Dr Diana Paballo Mabeza spoke on Godly leadership, Psychologist Tino Hondo, Lawyer Fadzai Precious Traquino, Serial Entrepreneur & Economic /international trade empowerment and gender equity advocate Buhlebenkosi Ostlea Nyathi Ncube all gave more information that can go a long way in equipping the community to rise.

From practical business skills to personal development, attendees received impartation that will go beyond motivation — sparking new action, bold thinking, and leadership.

Key benefits of impartation included:

- Gaining clarity on purpose
- Building confidence to seize opportunities
- Understanding wealth from a mindset and strategic perspective
