Dementia Association Of Zimbabwe - DAZ We are aimed at creating Awareness and Advocating for Prevention, Diagnosis, Treatment and Managemen

Our goals are to help individuals maintain or improve function & engage in daily activities to the extent possible as the condition
progresses. Provide family and caregivers with education and knowledge about the condition and specific skills, to provide a
supportive environment at home and reduce excess disability. Build homes and day care centers for the affected individuals that sha

ll provide professional care as well as
activities such as beading, baking, sewing, gardening, music and many others as therapy to the condition. Set support groups and counseling services for people living with dementia as well as family members.
