The move of land reform programme by RG Mugabe was not as a threat in 2001 but he was surrounded by boggers, looters , vagabonds , people who where not innovated thinking for themselves . The generation was traditionally packaged in their minds and not even resourceful as compared to the generation of nowadays, they are trying to be innovative, creating jobs for their own while the economy is not balanced with low resource factor
